The filter did not fit into the space. I feel that this was my fault because I took the dim given as accuate and didn't measure it. I was able to make it work by cutting two of the side edges back and sliding it in. I don't think that the filtering process was interferred with. Next time I will be more careful in my ordering and would like to talk to a saleperson instead of following a sales key.

This is not a standard filter and I didn't want to run all over the countryside looking for it. I found other places online that sold this size, but they cost twice as much. It's still more expensive than the standard filters, but it lasts a full year, so it evens out. [...] the product slipped into its place very easily. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else to get this product.

i have been purchasing direct from a lcoal A/C installer/company but when i had a hard time getting them i checked at local self help stores which don't carry this product or even something that wouldd work. i googled and came up with filter-outlet.com. the price was way cheaper than what i had been paying and it arrived quickly and took longer to take out of the box than it did to install.
