These filters were the same ones installed by the HVAC contractor and they work fantastically. They eliminate the need for filters at every air return in your home. One filter per unit is all you need for clean air.

I live in NC so either the AC or the heat pump is running almost all year. I've found that the MERV-10 filters do a good job and reduce the overall amount of dust in the house. I replace the filter every 6 months so being able to find a quality filter for a good price is critical.

The filters were delivered very quickly with no damage. The filters are a bit pricey but cheaper from iaq Source than from my local HVAC provider.

Product could benefit from more rigid support as opposed to using what is effectively cardstock. Product will function as expected as is, it is just prone to damage during shipment and installation.
Product was delivered damaged (crushed) and was unusable. Contacted iaqsource and they were friendly and polite. Replacement shipment was sent and received in good working order. Shipping for the replacement order was not the fastest, however I was not in urgent demand for the product. Overall a good experience, would buy from this vendor again.

Factory perfect.
I ordered two AC/Heat filters for our new system. Order came on time but the monkeys at UPS must have used the package for a ramp, it was crushed and a hole in the side. Filters were unusable. Jill with iaq answered my email, promptly sent out replacements and just said, the driver will pick up the damaged product.
UPS driver left the box with the new filters, with an easily seen hole in the side of the box that I could get 4 fingers in, and one was crushed enough I could have made it work with some effort in gluing supports etc etc. The best one I was able to "make do" by straightening up the sides and gluing supports, I needed a filter.
Contacted Jill again who was apologetic to the extreme, she said not to bother sending those back, she would personally double pack two filters and get them on the way, again apologizing for the UPS error.
These came, in perfect shape. I can only think of two places that offer and provide service like this, left in this ole world. iaq has me and Sons and Daughters families, as customers for life.
