These 4" deep filters are nice, I've used the expensive Honeywell version for a number of years. The Honeywell is expensive, but you get what you pay for. This filter specs were similar ( Merv 11 versus Merv 12), and the size quoted the same, but when it arrived, the size is slightly undersized (but it fits ok), and at first looks ok, until you you close.
There are less pleets per filter, and they are not evenly spaced. Some places the pleets are packed together very tightly, and others they are spread apart to far, making both areas ineffective.
I tried to manually manipulate the pleets to even out the pleets, but they are glued in place.
The honeywell version uses a simple cardboard guide to space the pleets evenly.
I don't know yet if I recommend the filter or not, I need to review in 6 months. At this time, since the price is 1/3 the honeywell, I will recommend, but if others also have irregularly spaced pleets, please let others know the manufacturer has not improved their quality.

We use the filter in our 410A heat pump/AC system. Fits well, doesn't restrict air flow while still doing its job and the unit remains quiet. Getting much better production from the unit. Couldn't be happier.

I have been looking for a source of a very odd filters for my home heating and cooling system for some time. I was surfing the net and found your web site and gave it a try. I needed a filter really bad and all I could get my hands on were those half-inch filters that I had to double up and tape together and they could not filter very well. Upon arrival of your shipment I opened the box and I can say these filters were just perfect for the filtration that I needed. They slid into the return air like they were built just for my. The MERV 11 rating on the 16 x 24 x 4 Pleated Filters is cleaning out the cat hair and dander so well that we do not have dust flying around the house any longer. I will reorder when my case of filters gets low, I would not want to be without them. Thank you so much for having a web site that provides filters for us home owners who find they need something much different than what the carry at the hardware stores.

When purchasing, I made the mistake of using the common dimensions and not the actual, or nominal dimensions of my particular furnace filter compartment. I expected these to fit and found that they were actually too small. Fortunately, iaqsource.com was happy to help me out and take back my mistake.
