I have no negative comments. I wish the filter was designed for longer use. The water taste great and its easy to install. My son loves it. Hope you never discontinue its manufacturing and develope a filter for longer life.

The filter is good. The top two drawers and their items had to be removed before I could replace the filter. Also, you have to discharge water for 3 full minutes and that's wasteful. Overall, I'd buy it again and the bother was at most 10 minutes more than I expected.

Pricey but necessary. Does its job well
