Comments about Sprite Industries Sprite High Output Brass Universal Shower Filter - Chrome:
Works as advertised. Very well made product, only thing that could ever go on this brass filter would be the rubber washers. So I called Sprite Industries, they said if ever the washer goes bad that they would gladly send a new one for the life of their product at no charge. So that shows they stand behind their product. Also, This product is NSF approved. That means it has been tested by NSF and it really works.

Comments about Sprite Industries Sprite High Output Brass Universal Shower Filter - Chrome:
The only thing that would be nicer is if this filter would last a little longer. It is very dry where we are. So anything that helps to make you less dry is GREAT!!!!

Comments about Sprite Industries Sprite High Output Brass Universal Shower Filter - Chrome:
My primary interest in a shower filter is the removal of chlorine without a reduction in water pressure. The Sprite High Output filter gets the job done well.
I bought a first filter for our master bedroom and will be purchasing another for our second shower.
The filter housing is very strong and can support a larger showerhead, including those with a standard showerhead and a showerhead on a hose.
The chrome finish looks substantially better than the white plastic alternatives.
The filter is designed to allow a high flow and have a long life. The cartridge is reversible and should be flipped every 3 months, or whenever reduced water pressure is noticed. If you have more sediment in your water, this will accumulate on the top of the cartridge and reduce water pressure more quickly. With this filter, you can easily open the housing, rinse off the sediment, rotate the filter and put it back together.
Note that some people have reported issues with the housing leaking, no matter how tight they screw the ends together. I found that the ends did not need to be extremely tight, but the o-ring that creates the seal between the 2 ends does need to be seated properly (it wasn't seated properly from the factory in my filter).
