Please read the following before issuing a return request.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from NTsupply.com and its affiliated sites, simply return your merchandise within 60 days of the purchase date. Some restrictions apply. Please read the following information before issuing a request for RMA. (use button at the bottom of the page)
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
Once you have determined that you need to fill out a Return Form, click on the button at the bottom of the page to fill out the form and obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include a copy of the RMA form inside your return package. Be sure to indicate your RMA # on the return shipping label. It is recommended that you ship with an insured carrier.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom Filters: Any filter made specifically to size. (Please check your measurements prior to placing an order)
- Any used filter media. (air and/or water filters)
- Any items purchased more than 60 days ago.
- Any items that have been previously used or installed.
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a product other than what you ordered, please place a new order for that product and return the unwanted product for a refund using our RMA form.
METHOD OF REFUNDS
NTsupply.com and its affiliated sites will credit any refunds to the credit card or payment account used at the time of the original purchase.
- NTsupply.com and its affiliated companies do not provide refunds for outbound shipping.
- If an item was shipped free to a customer and then returned for a refund; the actual cost for NTSupply.com to ship the item will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
- If an item must be returned due to an error on our part we will arrange to bring the item back at our expense and issue a full refund.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- If your UPS shipment has arrived damaged - DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE. Accept the delivery and notify us at email@example.com.
- If your FREIGHT carrier shipment has arrived damaged - PLEASE REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. Once you have refused the shipment, notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT?
If the product received is not the product listed on your order confirmation email - DO NOT fill out the Returns Form from the link below. Contact customer service at email@example.com and we will investigate the situation immediately.
THINK YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
If your purchase is not performing correctly indicating manufacturer defect, please call our customer service technicians to assist in making sure the item is properly installed and is appropriate for your application at 1-866-764-9900.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds can take between 7-10 business days to be processed from the date the items are received in our warehouse. It can take an additional three to four business days for the issuing bank to post your credit.
NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
- If for any reason your order needs to be cancelled and it has not shipped from our facility, we will process the cancellation request. The majority of orders ship within hours of the order placement, so it is imperative that you review your order carefully prior to checkout.
- If the order has already shipped we will be unable to process any cancellation requests.
To cancel an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your order number and whether or not you need to cancel all or only part of your order.
